All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your item ships, you will receive tracking details and information regarding the delivery date of your order. Orders generally arrive within several business days (standard UPS shipping times).

What if my order arrives damaged?

Extra precaution is taken to package each order so that it is not damaged during transit. Unfortunately, sometimes items still get damaged no matter how well they are packaged. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please notify molly@mollyarcher.com so that a refund may be issued on your behalf and the shipping carrier can be notified about an insurance claim.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted. However, If your painting arrives damaged, a refund will be issued on your behalf.

Do you offer custom paintings?

Yes, If you would like to inquire about a commissioned painting, please email molly@mollyarcher.com

Interior Designers enjoy a 15% discount on all ready-to-hang paintings and commissioned paintings.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, Afterpay is available at checkout for 4 interest free installments every two weeks. If you would like a longer payout period please e-mail molly@mollyarcher.com to discuss other payments options.
